Mr. Rodriguez earned a B.A. in Business Administration, Marketing and Management from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1981.  In addition, Mr. Rodriguez completed the Broadcast Development Executive Program at Harvard University in 1980, and earned a FCC First Class License from Dallas-based Elkins Institute in 1976.

His extensive operational business skills are often sought by start-up companies looking to expand their vision, strategy and direction.

Scott Wright
CTO

Scott brings 10 years of technical experience. He brings a wide array of knowledge in hardware and software configurations as well as security. He is fluent in Windows Operating Systems, Mac OS, Unix, Linux, and BSD systems.

His language skills include Perl, HTML, Active Server Pages (ASP), Cold Fusion, JavaScript, VBScript, MS SQL, IIS, Apache, PHP, mySQL plus many other languages.

Scott has been developing functional solutions for companies of all sizes, as well as having a role in managing large government projects. In business, he has been a part of 3 successful startups that have either been purchased or still in operation. He has managed multiple networks since the days of Token Rings and 8086 machines.

He has recently managed a large ISP covering the entire Western Slope of Colorado followed by Co-founding Everwave with Marcos.

Kathy McVey
Network Engineer

Kathy has been in the Aspen area for over 20 years installing DSL and wireless networks into hundreds of lodges, condominiums, businesses and residences. Kathy is a graduate of CMC and currently holds her CCNA, CCNP advanced routing and CWNA Microsoft wireless degrees. She has the experience and knowledge to setup large and small wired and wireless networks.

Kathy’s career highlights are instituting, designing and installing high speed internet system for the lodging industry in Colorado. These systems include a high speed DSL or T1 links to condominiums, and wireless systems using a forced redirected home page requiring user logins to limit use to guests.

Kathy has experience with carrier grade and home network equipment as well as upgrading firmware and available repairs for equipment.

Kathy enjoys her technical background and aptitude and considers any tough technical issue a challenge to embrace. With the right attitude Kathy believes any challenge can be met. She instills faith in any customer she works with and is able to guide them through any technical crisis in a calm and reassuring manner.

Christian Payen
Customer Service Manager

Christian has extensive experience in retail sales and service operations. His work previous to everwave includes the management of high-volume retail operations with supervisory experience in all facets of business administration including merchandising, payroll, monthly P\L, staff scheduling, inventory,quarterly tax filings, and customer service with a focus on problem resolution.

He is well versed in direction and development of individual and team personnel through training and motivation.

Christian earned his Bachelors of Science Degree in Electronics and Math at Ecole Centrale d'Electronic (Rue de la Lune) in Paris,France.
