Making Changes To Your Account:

Closing your account:
Why not consider simply changing your account to a Daily Rate plan? You will only be charged when you use the service. No subscription, no recurring plan, no contract. You never know when you might want to use everwave again.

To change your rate plan to a Daily Rate plan follow these steps:

Log into the My Account Info area
Click on "Subscriber Info" to edit your information
Click on "Change Rate Plan"
Use the pull-down menu to change your rate plan to the "everwave daily" plan
Click "Update"

If you are still sure that you want to cancel your account follow these steps:

Log into the My Account Info area
Click on "Subscriber Info" to edit your information
Click on "Cancel Rate Plan"
Please type in your reason for canceling. This helps us improve the everwave service
Click "Cancel Current Plan" to cancel your account or click "Do Not Cancel" if you change your mind (guess which we prefer!)

Make the following changes to your account in the My Account Info area:

Change your rate plan.
Update your credit card or expiration date.
Update your address, telephone number or email address.
Change your password
Check your account and billing history.
Check your current usage. (Important for minute-based plans)
